Home Invasion/Sexual Battery, Case# 03-009504
On 01/30/03 at 11:00 hours, two unknown Hispanic male suspects forced their way into the victim’s residence, and one of the two suspects committed sexual battery on the victim, at 1500 Block of Avleigh Cir. (Sector 4, Zone 40). The two suspects knocked on the victim’s door asking for her live-in boyfriend who owns and operates a towing business. The victim opened the door and the suspects put on black masks and forced their way in. The suspects ransacked the residence and one suspect sexually battered the victim. The suspects ordered the victim into the bathroom, and told her not to come out until they called her. The suspects fled the scene.

Suspect #1 is described as a light complected Hispanic male, 23-25 years old, 5’06”, medium build, and short hair.
Suspect #2 is described as a dark skinned Hispanic male. NOI. |
