Suspicious Incident/Possible Abduction,
Case# 03-013542
On 02/12/03 at approximately 0900 hours, a witness reported observing what appeared to be an abduction at the intersection of Waterbridge Cir and Alister Ct. (Sector 4, Zone 45). A white older model van pulled up to the young female, at which time a white male passenger exited the van and pulled the young female into the van, then fled the area.. The van had no windows on the sides but, tinted windows in the rear. The front windows were also tinted. Below are the composites of the young female and the white male who pulled her into the van.

Young female is described as a white female, 10-11 years old, short, medium build, with sandy blonde hair. See Composite.
The white male who grabbed her is described as a white male, 5’11”, slim build, long dark hair, and clean shaven. |
