Sexual Battery, Case# 03-016414
On 02/21/03 at approximately 04:00 hours, the victim was sexually battered by an unknown white male suspect in the area of Hwy 50 and Alafaya Trail (Sector 2, Zone 22). The victim met the suspect at Club Tabu on 02/20/03. Toward the end of the evening the victim became separated from her friends. The victim was being groped by a crowd of hispanic males outside the club. The unknown suspect pulled her from the crowd and offered her a ride home. They left the club in a newer, white, Ford Mustang. The suspect stopped at a 7-11 store at Alafaya and Lake Underhill, where the suspect sexually battered the victim. The suspect then drove up and down Clonial Drive until he parked in the parkinglot of Channel 24, where he sexually battered the victim again. The victim managed to free herself and flee.

The suspect is described as a White male, 28 years old, light complected, 6’01”, slim build, with a growth of facial hair and a slight mustache. The victim described his hair as short, dark, and slightly spiked. See Composite. |
