Sexual Battery, Case# 03-024143
On 03/16/03 the victim was sexually battered by an unknown black male suspect . According to the victim she was stopped at a traffic light on Silver Star Road when the suspect jumped in her vehicle uninvited. The suspect forced the victim to drive westbound on Silver Star Road. The suspect forced the victim out of the driver’s seat to the floorboard. He sexually battered the victim while he continued to drive. The suspect stopped at the Lake Mann Apartments and fled the scene.
