Sexual Battery, Case# 03-043646
On 05/15/2003 at approx. 1300 hours, the victim was walking north along the power lines off Indiatlantic Road (sector 3, zone 34) when the unknown black male suspect approached her from behind and threw her to the ground. The suspect sexually battered the victim. The suspect then threatened the victim and allowed her to leave.

The suspect is described as a black male, 33-37 years old, medium/muscular build, 180 lbs, wearing a dark blue ball cap with a dragon (martial arts type). The victim did see the suspect with his hat off. See composite. |
