Attempted Sexual Battery off West Orange Bike Trail,
Case# 03-055094
On06/20/2003 at 09:00 hours, an unknown white male accosted a female jogger while she was jogging on the West Orange Bike Trail near W. Crown Point Rd. And Fullers Cross (sector 1/zone 12). The suspect confronted the victim with a knife, forcing her into a wooded area off the trail. The suspect had the victim partially disrobe, at which time the victim started talking religion to the suspect. The suspect stated he couldn’t go through with it and let the victim go.
