Lewd Act/Exposure, Case #: 03-075369
On Thursday, August 21,2003, at 0640 hours, a 16 year old victim was standing alone at her bus stop, at Beggs Rd. And Bell Blvd (sector 1/zone 13). The W/M suspect pulled up very close to her in a late model 4-door black sedan. He appeared to be in his mid 20's, medium complexion, no facial hair with a distinctive round face, short brown hair. The male said "Hey girl!" and rolled down the driver's side window low enough so she could see him masturbating himself. The victim slammed the male's head into the side of the cars' window frame. the male drove away quickly and she has not seen him since.
