Carjacking/Kidnapping/Sexual Battery, Case # 03-086540
On 09/22/2003 at approx 22:00 hours, the victim was kidnaped and Carjacked at gunpoint while in the parking lot of the 7-11 store, at Goldenrod Road and Pershing (sector 2/zone 20). The suspect, an unknown black male, approached the victim and asked for directions. The victim was sitting in her car, rolled down her window. The suspect showed the victim a handgun he had in his waistband and forced her to the passenger side. The suspect drove the victim to an unknown location in Deltona, where he sexually assaulted her. The victim managed to get free and drove herself back to Orlando where she went to a hospital and called the Sheriff’s Office.
