Robbery to Tourist, Case # 03-088359
On 09/27/2003 at 23:25 hours, an unknown white male robbed two French tourists as they returned to their hotel. According to the victim, she and her husband were walking to the hotel entrance, at the Ramada Inn, at 4855 SOBT (sector 4/zone 43), when the suspect came out from behind a parked vehicle, knocked the victim to the ground and took her purse. The victim stated she had nearly $80,000.00 worth of her jewelry in the purse, with such items as a pearl necklace, gold watch, gold bracelet, and other gold jewelry. The suspect fled on foot.

Suspect #1 is described as a white male, 25-30 years old, tan complected, 5’08”, muscular build, unshaven and “dirty,” with medium length black “greasy” hair pulled back into a short ponytail.. See composite |
